Lana + a dedicated assistant

We run your wedding day so you get to attend it. Two of us, from setup until the venue is closed out.

• ·Lead coordinator and dedicated assistant, up to 14 hours
• ·90-minute handover 8–10 weeks out, and your vendor contracts read
• ·Vendor-ready timeline distributed to everyone, two rounds of revisions
• ·Floor plans to scale, table numbering, seating chart formatting
• ·Rehearsal coordination and wedding party briefing
• ·Vendor arrivals, cueing, final payments and gratuities handed over
• ·Venue closeout, rentals staged, your things back in your hands
• ·Coordination means running your day, not booking it. We build your floor plan and format your seating chart, and we run the day around the vendors you have booked — but sourcing, vetting and booking the caterer, florist, photographer, hair, makeup and rentals stays yours.

Lana and Aaron

Everything, as one booking. Lana marries you and runs the day; Aaron plays and runs sound. One crew, one invoice, nobody to chase.

DJ A-A-Ron

Four hours of dancefloor, planned with you rather than guessed at. Typically first dance to curfew — we don't run a stopwatch.

• ·DJ mixer with effects
• ·Music planning call, and your do-not-play list respected
• ·A table and a wired mic at no extra cost if you need them
• ·Covers the dance section — ceremony and dinner sound is the sound tech below
• ·Wireless mics, lighting and visual effects are not included

Aaron

Someone on the desk so the vows are actually heard, and gear priced to what your venue is missing rather than to a package.

• ·Ceremony and reception sound tech
• ·PA, mics, monitors and festival-style lighting, quoted to the site
• ·Collect and return the gear yourself to bring the cost down
• ·Free call with you and your venue first, to find the actual gap

Bespoke planning

Do you love adventure? Same. Got a unique idea? Let's pair that with your wedding for a one of a kind adventure.

Bespoke planning can include booking hair, make up, photography, videography, florals, helicopters and anything else you might need.
